Utopian Isthmus— Revisited

“Words, words, words.”
–(Hamlet, II.ii)

An unending disturbance is quite appealing for those who need to write down some words, to those who need to say some words, and those who need to hear some words. All of us are intelligent enough to speak, but the ability to speak itself does not make us intelligent.

There is a war going on for your mind— Media’s only 100% true statement. Everything else is nothing more than an act of producing words.

Terrorism is spreading, racing with hatred, the both rivaled only by the astonishing development of weapons technology. An ego and its alter-ego, both are refusing to listen, refusing to remain silent if even for a single moment, refusing to lay to rest their arms, and their resonant mottoes.

The sheep have become wolves with claws and an enormous appetite for killing, whereas the shepherds are falling in each other’s embrace, exchanging, fabricating words, words, words.

it’s not just about the words we speak, it’s about the knowledge that the listener has, the ability to doubt, to question, the willingness to research and find facts, the readiness to disagree and debate and keep an open mind and heart mean while.

We don’t need to fear the wolves nor the shepherds, we just have to know them...

No ego should be remained to rest, it is man’s ego that has given way to creation and novelty. It is the ’fountainhead’ of human progress...

A very considerable comment, Bravo!

You’ve summed up many facts I wanted to talk about in this post (but thought unnecessary however, cos I’ve mentioned them in the first UI post.)

You have the uncanny ability to capture the most salient thoughts in the most precise and concise manner.

Scathing still, this one. Sort of poetic scalpel.

I live in a place where radical Islamists exist. It’s a small country so the terrorists are practically just on the other side of the fence.

Terrorism is political grandstanding + firepower. It is fiery, brutal, and totally destructive. It is also a logical response to the unbridled freedom of the free world.

Most will deem it completely unnecessary but it was also totally imminent and predictable.

I agree with your words 110%...It seems the key to this world is KNOWLEDGE and INDIVIDUAL THINKING..
without them, both wolves AND sheep are no different one from the other, as they can both be easily led to the ”slaughterhouse” of lies, deceit, violence, and corruption.

The silence of the lambs is what makes the wolves roam freely.

Misery will stop for the people if the people themselves do the thinking for themselves and SPEAK UP FOR THEMSELVES, instead of relying on the expert opinion of others.

’Experts’ ruin this world.

Unoriginal but true: No one can oppress you without your consent.

So true.

That is exactly what happened here in Mexico.(and many parts of the world). As citizens,we became lazy, silent, and blind: We became perfect conformist, allowing the ”wolves” to roam free and reign.

The slaughter we are living is a direct consequence of
decades of ”consential oppression” and the renewed awakening, attempt to reverse it.

War represents a failure to listen, in my own humble estimation. The Human Ego which I’ve mentioned this times– and many times previously– is the one responsible for this dogmatic narrow view of the two fighting sides. this ego should be silenced. I think things got mixed up with sarah, perhaps due to my vague and uncanny style of writing.

thank you all for sharing.
